Milder : Emulsifier
Milder is an inline emulsifier designed for continuous processes. It is suitable for a variety of applications such as emulsifying, dispersing and dissolving.

Double mixing pipe
This option allows for feeding two liquids separately and mixing them only in the dispersing chamber.
Movable platform
Movable platform increases the flexibility of working location. Control unit can be mounted on request.
Specifications
Milder is equipped with three stages of rotor-stator as a standard. The number of stages can be reduced to one or two stages.
Four types of rotor-stator (G/M/F/SF) with different coarseness are available.
Flexibility in the number of stages and types of rotor-stator provides with the best solution to various applications.
Option: Ceramic rotor-stator
It is suitable for applications that require less metal contamination. Ceramic rotor-stator significantly reduces metal contamination.
MDN303V is designed for laboratory use, which consists of Milder, 2 lt. tank and control unit.
